We might call them poetry or songs or chants. It does not matter what we call them. What matters most is you're here. fully alive and awake
sometimes,
life does not want
to leave you to your
own devices. and she shakes you
up and down because she wants to be
sure that you are fully alive and awake.
when you are alive,
you no longer live in fear
and when you've no fear
you can bloom.
