I taste God

look how this liquid darkness, this ordeal you've swallowed --- how you smile at everything that comes to you --- has awakened the dream inside you – has aroused the music in your heart - how this fire of gratitude has licked your whole being and turned you into a sweet angel – I don’t have to go to the forests now. Just by looking at you, I taste God in your eyes –

If you want to be authentic, talk to a friend without knowing what to say – that is what flowers do with the sun during the day and with the moon at midnight – this is called longing, when roots move deeper into the soul. plants turn towards light – I move inside to be with the beloved where light holds all darkness and every drunkenness is sobriety.

See everything as grace - grace is not always pleasant. It can also be fierce - when rough time comes, it has no intention to hurt you or reduce you. It only wants to open your heart and mind so that you can live deeply and love fearlessly.

Don’t leave this place, where you are now, searching for something more profitable – look how all religions, the trees and the flowers want to see themselves inside your sacred eyes -

You can give it a name but I know there is a magnificence within me that does not judge no analyze, it does not hate or like, it is not attached or afraid it does not praise or curse, it does not try to entertain or walk away from it is not hypnotized nor feel indifferent it does not try to please but observes whatever comes and leaves.

pushing something away

You’ve a headache because you’re pushing something away – you want to be in control - you want all things to go your way – you want the river to move faster than its natural flow – you want to make a baby sleep with the whole sky glowing in her body – you see, you’ve created your pain because you are not allowing.

Anything can happen

Anything can happen anywhere but they cannot affect you any more when you commit yourself to the absolute reality of who you are - when you awaken to your nature – when you offer yourself to the energy of life - nothing really matters at all because there is power that knows how to handle things not by manipulating or controlling but by simply observing it, by accepting it.

break open

Hard times that seem at first to break you into pieces don’t actually break you. They only help you break open like flower that is starving for sunlight and its own fragrance and once you're broken open, you will see that all your challenges, all the trials that move through you are not really stronger than who you are -

in silence

If you sit in silence at least for ten minutes every morning, a depth opens up inside of your being and the rest of your day throbs with creative energy, peace and clarity.

the quality and depth of music depends on whether it is coming from head or a deeper dimension. most of all, it depends on how you listen to it. if you listen to it with the physical ear, you hear only the sound. when you listen to it with a mystical ear, you hear only the silence and that is meditation.

river of love

Ego weighs the advantage and disadvantage and calculates profits- the river of love does not care where you are from or what you look like or what status you've, it does not doubt your intrinsic divinity - It washes you until your wounds are healed - it flows inside your veins and squeezes out all of your worries and fears - the water of love does not select - and it has no mercy on what is not real - it purifies you until your fragrant returns and you shine again like gold

what people say

if you believe what people say about you matters most, then, you become the slave of their opinions - be around those whose warmth expands your soul and whose tenderness make your eyes moist with joy –

whether you are happy or sad

whether you are happy or sad - whether you work hard or not - whether you worry about the past - or fear about the future - whether you are awakened or not - none of these matter - the presence of God continues to flow inside every single atom of your being.

who you are is not different from the source itself, the energy that turns a seed into a fragrant garden is the same as your energy – you are not an object. You’re a subject. You are not here to be understood– the mind cannot understand you. You fascination

As long as you pursue happiness through your personality, you cannot find it. because personality is always looking outside - first drop the person and realize your true nature - this will empower you to experience happiness directly. It means happiness is simply your authentic Self.

the ocean

a true friend is the one who suddenly appears on your door and destroys all of your concepts and belief systems so that you start seeing yourself as the ocean that has no starting point or destination – the ocean that has no shores around it, the ocean that has no inside or outside.

You’ve put your hands and mind on so many things – you’ve gone to school – you’ve worked different jobs you’ve been in and out of relationships – you’ve seen places – you’re tried your best to be a good person - but there is one thing left – when are you going to start living? when are you going to start loving?

giving because you’ve been given in the past is It is not true generosity. It is a show. give yourself freely and secretly like the rain comes and pours itself into a forest. the rain has no image of the giver or receiver. It just gives and It does not even know It gives. Resistance cannot take you any further. fear is a detraction from what is real - give your eyes, your hands your feet, your heart --- your whole self to love - it will give you the sky, the stars and the entire kingdom.

whatever people and media continue to tell you about love is a scam- stop looking for God inside your thought. that is a futile search. be empty from any urgency or dogma. look in the mirror and be present. the beloved is inside your eyes.

You're actually woven from ten thousand million milky ways and stars - why do you complain of darkness?

wet cloth

Like a wet cloth, something in you longs for the sun each day – don’t rush towards your memories – taste your emptiness. If there is no thirst what is the use of water? If there is no you how do we know God? It has been a long time since I saw the fountain of moon in your eyes – Let this longing for yourself be like the hurricanes and shake you. The world is waiting. Pick up the harp in your heart and start playing.

You cannot Know yourself by looking at your shadow – have you noticed how the sky sees its face in the water and smiles? You think a cow does not have intelligence She actually does. That is why she says Moo when she joins with her calf in the evening – It is her way of saying – thanks to darkness I finally came home to my calf.

like rain

I am not interest in how you look or what kind of car you drive – I love to see how your entire body laughs when something deep touches you and how a dandelion blooms inside your sweet eyes – I love how you look at someone who comes to hurt you and then instead of playing a victim role, instead of taking it personally how your whole being wants to love even more deeply - remember beautiful things are not the ones that are planned- They are the ones that arrive suddenly like rain or new silence.

It is a beginning of true love when you give up the temptation to blame the world or someone else for your suffering.

You wanted to obey your parents So they can be proud of you – you wanted to be a good citizen and a successful man in the eyes of the world – and you walked away from your innocence, from the grace you have known with all of your heart – you run away from your authenticity and denied your true identity for survival – survival came first and your heart last- you became a good diplomat busy drawing boundaries and negotiating prices and counting profits we’re beyond survival my friend we’re the orchard that gives new fruits every day we are the sky the releases rain when needed - look how the splendor of the full moon can make us empty! So much has been said already – If we use language It can hide our true faces, the face that holds millions of other faces inside - silence is one of the many ways I can make this poem short – be still come back to your heart now.

fragrance of true love

People can come and go Situations can come and go feelings can come and go only the fragrance of true love can stay with you. Only presence can stay with you.
