Feel this infinite softness inside you- and let anyone in your presence feel they're safe

fragrance of love

What a precious gift to realize your own heart is the mother of all vastness and depth the vastness that contains the universe, the sun, the desert and the galaxies and the Eco system and all flowering mountains anyone has ever climbed ---- it is a holy repository that cannot live without the fragrance of love.

disorder into an orchard

the courage you need right now is not to chase happiness nor to avoid sorrow, it is rather to be available to whatever arises in your daily routine. you are healing yourself from inside out and turning disorder into an orchard.

Silence

As long as you are afraid of silence you cannot know yourself – because you are silence. you come from silence. everything that is real comes from silence. you are song of silence. you are a fluid rainbow of silence.

I know nothing

This is how things turned out – you looked at me and I flowered – I did not know that there is a sunlight inside your eyes – Since then so much happened – We talk to each other every day and every night but we don’t use words – I know nothing anymore but the way you dance into my existence – you are my rain and I am an oak tree – You are a dandelion and I am your soil and fragrance – we’ve mingled in such a way that no one can tell the distinction between you and me because there is not one. your aloneness

My dear friend – don’t be too quick to judge or blame – nor too fast to join a crowd – the ego loves to belong somewhere - taste the honey of your aloneness it is a garden where true laughter is born – the physical eye can only see fingers – the space between fingers dance more elegantly than the fingers. Issues

It is not possible to have issues when you enter the present moment – Present moment is fire and it consumes everything that is false.

THE SOURCE

for just a minute, allow tenderness to look through your infinite eyes – you can see everything is dancing and clapping their hands and singing and laughing to celebrate the source.

deep inside

It appears to us from outside that a mother gives birth to a child. deep inside her heart, she is giving birth to herself – the higher intelligence looks at millions of things and objects but sees only it self in everything.

when lovers talk

When lovers talk and talk and Finally reach the intersection where They Don’t know what to say and How to say it other than gazing Into their empty, moist and glowing Eyes, they’ve become poems And roses and stars ---- that emerge Out of stillness and dissolve Into stillness.

this moment

If you want to share truth with someone, You don’t have to study it. truth does not need to be studied It is not in the books – It does not need to be rehearsed. speak out of awareness trust your heart. whatever wants to come will come out of now- Whatever you speak out of preparation is not original. It is not spontaneous, it is not fresh. You are speaking from memory So the meeting with another human being does not happen and if it happens, it happens on the level of form and it is shallow. Do you need a rehearsal to kiss your beloved? you don’t. if you plan ahead of time to kiss your beloved, the kissing has never happened. You cannot make love from the place of memory or fear. You can make love when the fire in your heart is ignited, only when you’re fully alive. love flows only when you enter this moment.

resisting what is

Drop fear totally and do it now. drop your desire to figure out what is going to happen tomorrow. give up carrying your past with you. stop resisting what is. only then you can move beyond your karma and experience the infinite power of your inner courage and awaken your dreams into the reality of now.

not too late

In spite of all the insanity that is unfolding, this world is still beautiful I assure you,dear ones why give up? look at it with the goodness within. It is what we’ve created and it is what we can heal - and it is not too late if humans are willing to move a little closer to their tenderness - if politicians and healthcare professionals and decision makers and technocrats, business men----- could feel a little compassion, a little opening in their heart ---- if they look inside and touch serenity inside their chest --- if they bring a little presence to what they do and say - it is not too late to heal this world ---

flawless

you make mistakes and a sense of regret takes over - you hate yourself and never seem to let it go - you think you are the only one who is making mistakes. mistakes are the most glorious things to make because it is a hint that you are alive. only dead people don't make mistakes. remember that your inner being is immaculate and flawless.

what makes the awareness happy

a friend asked me this evening - what makes the awareness happy or sad? I felt that is a good pointer to share with you here - If awareness is happy or sad Nothing outside of it causes it. in fact awareness is beyond the state of happiness and sorrow. it is beyond feelings. Awareness is not a person. it is a state of being out of which a person emerges - it is pure consciousness. it is like the sky. the sky is neither happy nor sad whether it is sunny or cloudy, whether it is snowy or rainy. the sky does not mind. it does not complain either.

to be alive

When you look at nature be it a tree, a mountain or the sky or birds, they are constantly encouraging you not to think too much, they're reminding you to be alive, to be fiercely yourself and to wake up to your true essence.

beginning of your awakening

First, it is necessary to experience for yourself what it feels to get lost in the mental noise, to feel cut off from the perfume of life, Not knowing where you’re going, to feel that piercing pain of being away from home – Let this penetrate your bone and circulate with your blood - that is the beginning of your awakening -

when you look inside and suddenly notice that you carry the whole universe inside your own heart, you stop wishing for more things in your life other than what you already have.

when the sound and the silence meet

We live in a culture now where everybody wants to be heard where everyone talks at the same time - those who are not talking are not listening either. Their capacity to listen has been diminished for the mind is too noisy and too crowded - There are two kinds of noises - an outer noise and an inner noise – let silence penetrate our interaction with each other so that whenever conversation happens, words don’t forget their roots and when we speak from that river of vastness, instead of hearing the words, we hear the silence. when the sound and the silence meet, poetry is born, music is born out of this – magic is born out of this -

Harmony

What is aliveness? What is harmony? What is peace? It is when every single particle in your body get along with each other, and speak the same language and sing the same song and dance the same dance.

It is only the path we’ve chosen in our dream state that collides, meets and parts and meets again -- but what we’re, who we are on the visceral level has never been apart even for a second.

morning mist

First honor what you truly are - life will reveal to you the splendor hiding inside your being - the treasure that you are will rise like morning mist to wrap itself around you.

if you're someone who prays on a regular basis, pray in such a way that you don't create a dualistic world. for example instead of asking the higher consciousness for something you don't have, it would be more affirming to express gratitude for the abundance that you already are. This means there is no distance or separation between you and the supreme high..

intimate friend

Something seems staggering and overwhelmingly immense to us only as long as we are resisting it, It feels like it is tearing us apart and crushing us and mixing us with the ground - but once it is fully accepted and noticed for what it is, it becomes our intimate friend and you will eventually realize that all worrying and all fear is unnecessary wastage of energy.

concentration of fragrance

I come here on a regular basis not because I feel lonesome not because I want to subscribe an ideology or religion not because I want to be seen and heard – I stop by on a regular basis because kindness wanted to share itself in its totality – love wants to give itself without fear – I come here on a daily basis because I cannot hold to myself a concentration of fragrance exploding deep inside my being.

spiritual arrogance

Just because you had a glimpse of what looked like a liberating spiritual experience once in your life time, if you start feeling that you are enlightened and you really got what has been missing and everyone else has not, If you think that you are special and a chosen one and the whole world is living in complete darkness, remember that this is spiritual arrogance and you’re still interested in judging other human beings and talking about it to everyone you meet online or in the street –

God is singing

stop running around and listen! Listen! not just with your ears but with all of yourself - inside everyone you meet, God is singing -

When you ignore your inner-most calling, the power of your inner wizard, you’re anointing the outer world to run your life and push you around,

Be patient

Bliss

without trying to convince someone of your worthiness be totally content with who you are - chasing nothing for you are not a beggar - be drunk with you own essence - you are life and the source of life - enjoy who you are infinitely - when this happens, you are moving beyond the state of happiness and unhappiness for they depend on each other - you touch bliss, it is a state where everything is one with everything - energy that transcends all life forms -

beyond descriptions

You true nature is infinite and limitless – and you are beautiful beyond descriptions - The only limitations you’ve are the ones you’ve learned - the ones that are taught to you by the environment, by your culture, by your school system, through your upbringing and you believed in them.

origin of fear

the origin of fear in human beings is separation - to believe that there is someone out there who is not you - unwillingness to see all beings in yourself and yourself in all beings.

it is possible

No matter what, it is possible to be grateful everyday --- It is possible to love every day--- to sing every day --- to dance every day --- the energy of love flows inside of you like a tender waterfall and it does not know Monday or Friday or weekends - it flows without interruption. if you don't feel this, it is simply because your own thought has stolen you from yourself.

When love awakens inside you and roars like a hungry lion, be a tender wood and burn inside the flame until nothing remains but love.

great weaver

Consciousness is a great weaver. Sometimes it enters your body when you are least prepared and weaves all your thoughts, all your worries --- all your doubts --- into a holy light. Just stay open.

games people play

You know how a modern man is in love with procrastination - if you ask him, do you want to be free now? He would say, I would love to. but not now. I'm still enjoying the games people play.

doorway

Listen deeply not to what I say but to your own inner-most whisper – no packing your luggage and no going anywhere – for there is no difference between you and the ocean, there is no distinction between you and the master, no separation between you and the sun and flowers and the mountains – and so no packing your luggage and no going anywhere for your own being is the doorway into timelessness.

holy womb

you are not someone moving between wombs forever. You are a holy womb and all things grow out of you.

deep forest

at the end everything will go - but a little tenderness, little drops of emptiness you shared with people around you will rise ripple by ripple to turn a dry land into a deep forest.

comings and goings

stillness of the mind and inner peace are not separate. this can be touched and experienced when you know yourself as awareness, the infinite vastness on which all comings and goings take place.

your words

Be mindful of your thoughts and your feelings and your acts and your emotion and your words - they can directly and immediately impact the environment you live in.

comparison

Comparison a disease and only awakening to your true self can heal it - You live a happy and fulfilled life until ego interferes and you start comparing yourself with your neighbor or your workmate or someone you know.

spiritual hunger

When poetry comes out of what you’ve experienced and felt directly with your own heart and soul, when it comes out of your holy drunkenness, not from what you’ve heard or read– when it arises from your own emptiness not from your memory, it is like the sky spilling fresh milk from its holy breasts - it becomes a meal you take for your spiritual hunger.

Wherever you go, be like a breeze and leave no foot-print – when you give, don’t brag to everyone about it. Existence is giving itself through you. you are only an agent – whatever you say, let it come from the depth of your core – let it be music from beyond. If ordeal knocks on your door, sing. names

It is a common practice dropping your birth name and taking on a chosen name , whatever name feels empowering on your spiritual growth – there is no doubt here – names can be used for practical purposes and they may point to a brilliant sun but names can also limit you by causing identification. Don’t take them Seriously - recognize within you the one that is nameless and formless and the one that dwells beyond time and space.

like a singing bowl

The beloved touches me tenderly with grace, and you know what? like a singing bowl, I continue to make a delicious music.

more than the body

to go beyond the body, to a place where there is no suffering, where is no guilt or shame, where is no past or future, where there is no fear - it is necessary to know, first, that you are more than the body -

from innocence

when you speak from innocence, not from intellect, in other words, when you allow innocence to speak through you, a language that is tender and yet affirming, a language that is one with nature is birthing itself through you.

mountains and galaxies

no matter how humans behave and act, I see mountains and galaxies and the forest and the Buddha and goddesses and Jesus and the sky and ocean of goodness --- inside the heart of their hearts.

new dimension

On the form level, when life takes away something from you, she does not leave you just like that - she opens you to a new world, giving you a new dimension and depth. She will show you the courage to sit with the one within you that does not fluctuate, the one that is eternal, incorruptible and unchanging.

you are not here to expect a miracle. you are here to know you're a miracle.
