We might call them poetry or songs or chants. It does not matter what we call them. What matters most is you're here. If you can look inside
If you can look inside for a minute and just listen, you can feel the simplicity and abundance of life all around you and inside you - and you will no more say life is unfair. Life is hard. it is only your thinking that makes it complicated.
