We might call them poetry or songs or chants. It does not matter what we call them. What matters most is you're here. Only
receptivity
and courage
can open you
up to the
deep mystery
of your own
fundamental
goodness.
then every particle
in your body
begins to dance
with simplicity
and infinite
majesty and
wherever your feet
rest becomes
a dance floor.
