We might call them poetry or songs or chants. It does not matter what we call them. What matters most is you're here. mental noise
Silence
is not when
you’ve nothing
to say –
it is rather when
presence arises
in your chest like
a sweet waterfall
and washes away
the mental noise
that separates you
from your intoxicating
fragrance.
