when you realize
that what you really want
is exactly what you have,
life becomes a continuous
dissolving into what makes
you whole..

crushing into dust

There are times when we will be asked
to open our eyes and see directly -
the coming and passing of things –
river pumping itself into the sea –
bird flying into the heaves singing
and not to return -
the crushing into dust of what
you hold precious ---
These are chants of love
bringers of deep clarification and
Understanding into our life –
pointing to the one
that cannot be touched
by time and words.
laughter whose source
never says, I am tired –

east and west

whatever I share
in this poetry is what is already
singing in your heart –
That is why you get intoxicated the moment
you are here –
And I say again and again
You don’t have to saddle your horse or
buy a ticket to see the beloved -
Simply stop and gaze inside.
Let the east and west surrender
Let your doubt vanish
In your heart-fire,
Inside the depth of gratitude.
After all
the capacity and willingness to take down
your old house and receive
the new one is equally
given to you.

beginning of your awakening

Simple noticing that everything is flowing
and shifting and changing and dissolving ---
without thinking and without knowing why ---
It is end of attachment and the
beginning of your awakening.

ocean of grace

something
picked me up
without further notice

 and dipped me
in the vast , endless
ocean of grace -
How can be I be
the same again!

get along

it is better to turn
your sincere attention to your
true nature and live alone
than to be somebody
your are not
and get along with
other people.
