a friend asked me if I think
there is heaven and Hell –
I said yes.
Tell me about it, she said –
You don’t have to go
somewhere else to experience them.
They are right on the tip of
your nose.
When you are present,
When your whole being
Is filled with love and light
and rainbow and sun and
flowers --- that is Heaven.
When fear takes over your life,
When resentment and guilt
Guide your way,
When your vibration level drops
down and you can see only
What is not right -
that is Hell –
