Don’t do anything today
that can take you away
from yourself –
Push nothing away,
Pain or pleasure, bitter or sweet.
It is love of the divine
that makes you very DELICIOUS,
tender like earth
and large and fragrant like
deep forest, patient like the oceans -
Love turns you into itself,
Into a sacred rivers
And holy mountains,
Into a place of pilgrimage,

 into a sanctuary
where people come for
healing and renewal.

Focus on loving more

No matter
what has happened
to you in the past,
focus on loving more -
what other
people think about you
does not matter,
focus on loving more -
No matter how challenging
your life situation is,
Focus on loving more -
No matter how stormy
the world around you seems
to be,
  -
you are an exuberance
and magic
flowering between joy
and sorrow.

How can I be more
grateful each day
when something
touches you
and you cannot even attempt
to talk about it
for if you talk about it
no body understand you –
that is the signature of grace
writing itself in your heart.

pathway into infinity

A friend who knows me for a while
now and comes in contact with me
at least once a day
was curious to know if I ever get angry -
Yes, anger
Can arise once in a while
and when it does, I embrace
It. I don’t avoid it. I let it
be there.
I don’t ride on its back.
I feel It inside my body. I move
Inside it and feel it fully and completely.
Then it is no longer energy depleting
emotion. All it wanted was my attention.
My naked presence and acceptance.
direct looking in the face -
When you recognize it is there
It becomes a flower, pure awareness.
a pathway into infinity. It dissolves.

Something knocks
On your door  to
give you the strength
to say yes to whatever is here -
but you cannot see it
you cannot feet it
you cannot smell it –
you cannot hear it
Because you are busy
preparing to take care of the things
