Death seems to many of us
Something very real and the word itself scares us to death.
because there is so much attachment
and obsession with the physical body.
Once we’re aware that we are not the body,
Once we are willing to recognize it and
understand it. Once we find the courage to experience it right,
when we're willing die before we die,
then death will dissolve in no time.
