You’re the portal

You gaze at the night sky and notice he has no pockets at all
He is too alive to store  opinions and stories.
You marvel at how vast and tranquil he is!
On the ocean's belly, tides frolic.
They fall and rise and fall again. The ocean does not take it seriously.
He knows they will eventually enter his heart for rest.
An immense green hill emerges on your walk
It is scented with sunflowers and dandelions.
Your lips part to say something but no words are spoken.
Look around. Everywhere is music
But my friend: Have you ever looked at yourself?
Have you ever looked into yourself? You’re the portal,
The entry gate, the passage into the most beautiful thing
You can ever imagine.
