By trying hard to make someone happy, you hurt yourself – you cannot even make yourself happy because happiness happens on its own when you get out of the way -

ten thousand shreds

there is no higher knowledge than knowing your timelessness- then your heavy burden and worldly grief will drop from your shoulder and crash into ten thousand shreds.

to be free means

to be free means to be home wherever you are

after many years of deep sleep

let challenges come your way from every corner – it is to awaken you – to give you the needed strength to be truly yourself after many years of deep sleep

when you choose to shine

When you choose to shine, what is the distinction between you and the light in the sun and the wetness of sea water and grace of a feminine energy and forgiveness of the earth and the moon-milk and softness of galaxies ---- what is the difference between you and the mystery that holds everything together?

imagined individualism

By simply being still for one moment, all imagined individualism and separation drops. it means the mind has been dropped. at this time, which is the birth of timelessness, complete healing begins within you and without.

i looked for love. i cannot find it anywhere - i could only find the one who was looking for love.

trick of your mind

God within you never leaves you, even for a second – tell me dear friend, how it became possible for you to be lonely? Do you know if this is the trick of your mind?

infinitely tickled

Don’t feel embarrassed or awkward if you feel jubilant and infinitely tickled like a little child in your old age. The splendor within you has no age. It knows no worries. It has no name or color or gender. It cannot be explained with languages and has no concept of time.

I am eternal

When you speak to yourself, “I am elegant. I am eternal, I am beyond birth and death…” You are not being arrogant – you are not bragging either. You are recognising and proclaiming the one eternal essence underlying all beings, all humanity, everything you can ever imagine -

at home with yourself.

You don’t need to belong anywhere - You don’t need to be somebody - You need nothing - When you're at home with yourself.

love for no reason

I joined Facebook in 2007 and since then I came here on a regular basis and left a little reminder for you in the form of poetry. Out of these heart-felt sharing two books of poetry were put together in the last few years and thousands of poems still unpublished. Whatever pointers I have been sharing with you here can be summarized in a few words. “Love for no reason” because there is no ideology, no belief system, no religion that is deeper than the essence of love. Nothing in this world makes more sense than the act of loving for no reason. Blessing.
