certainty is a great illusion

Stop predicting what is going to happen. certainty is a great illusion. It is a barren land that cannot hold a drop of water. what does it mean to you when you go for your evening walk and suddenly vanish inside the soft eyes of the moon and never return?

when everyone is inside you

It is fear that contracts you and makes you small. once you know yourself as a pure energy of love, you expand and deepen simply because you’re allowing the entire universe into your being and you are finally uniting with everything and everyone. how is it possible to stay small and physically limited when everyone is inside of you? when every single cell in your body continues to labor with the perfume of the living Jesus and Buddha, how is it possible to stay small?

silent explosion

there is no need for you to plan for a big trip – life is blossoming right here from underneath your precious feet – look inside and see how the new moon is dissolving into her silent explosion?

song of oneness

When we communicate with each other, we continue to dream, and we remain many and separate – when we commune with each other, we wake up from our dreams or our dreams wake up and blossoms through us - We merge and touch the place where everything is pregnant with the song of oneness.

red lights

red lights on your way to work – aloneness, moments of loss, difficult times --- these are invitations sent to you for your deepest self-inquiry, invitations for your spiritual growth. they're telling you, you have not moved inside of you deep enough - why waste them foolishly or discard them immediately? Meet with them wholeheartedly, without hiding any part of you.

love destroys hierarchies

LOVE DESTROYS HIERARCHIES First discover your true essence. then loving becomes effortless and by loving, you are not doing anyone a big favor – you are just being yourself because loving is your nature. and this loving becomes intimate and impersonal. it is impersonal because you become like the moon that smiles for everyone. the moon does not direct her light towards a certain race or a group of people or neighborhood. She smiles for everyone and embraces all beings inside her cosmic eyes, You see my sweet friend? don’t be afraid to be yourself love destroys hierarchies and transcends oneness.

stress

anyone can advise you “ if you want to achieve something in your life, you’ve to work hard until your are under a great stress…” Don’t listen. whatever you produce out of stress cannot be original and it has no fire and it cannot turn you on. It has no perfume. It has no music. It cannot inspire nor can it tickle you. it is quantity and you are only repeating what has already been heard and known. Force nothing dear friend – The same way you came out of the depth of this moment, let whatever wants to come, come out of Now, out of nothingness, don’t push it hard. let it arise effortlessly from the depth of your center.

organ inside you

If there is any organ inside you that does not sing if there is any cell in your body that does not pulsate with aliveness, it means there is blockage in your body and you are not experiencing life in all possible ways. you are not living with all of your strength.

When you start Complaining

When you start Complaining, Just be present – It means you are pushing away whatever wants to arise, running away from the one who wants to kiss your infinity eyes - by doing so, you are wasting a lot of aliveness.

rainy morning in Minneapolis

When rainfalls, don’t talk. Don’t analyze it. Listen. It is a sound of the unheard. Open your heart and drink it. Blessings is coming down to drench your parched soul. to quench your cosmic thirst. when clouds are tired of being opaque and heavy, they surrender and fall into the arms of mystery for whoever is willing to die into mystery becomes the mystery itself.

holy mouth of the beloved.

Praise anything that does not feel right inside your being, anything that does not seem to be working – or when what you love most falls apart--- are good enough hints to draw you closer to the holy mouth of the beloved.

restless mind

If you just take some time off from your restless mind, you will soon lose interest in how things should go or what is going to happen next ----- then inside you a pure space will emerge for a garden to grow and for roses to bloom, for ten thousand moons to shine --- and your whole being starts flowering like a forest in spring.

What I really want for you, my beautiful friends, is not a daily news – what I want for you with all of my heart is PRESENCE. What I want for you is AWARENESS to wake up roaring inside your heart and sweeps you away like a wildfire burning and dissolving everything you are familiar with, including your opinions and views - When this happens, you will come to a place of great emptiness where the only thing you want to do is to be still so that you can hear with deep clarity the universe chanting and singing inside you.

this might feel awkward and may be no body has talked to you like this before in such direct language- when you choose to remain a little open and receptive and fearless just for one second, God wants to make love to you very passionately – and when this happens, which has already happened to so many beings , your concerns and worries and doubt will dissipate like a cloud and you become pregnant with endless joy and grace – like clusters of precious stones, your whole body starts pulsating with splendor and your entire life becomes a song of great harmony.

Life is not something that needs your rehearsal - it is not something to prepare for – it is not something you can study from books - it is a swirling presence gushing inside you breast uninterrupted. look within and experience it directly for yourself. taste it with all of your being. You will be drunk.

When I say Listen, I am not asking you to listen to someone in particular. I am pointing to the divine music within you. Listen deeply until you vanish as a listener and only listening remains. Sincere and deep listening has the energy to open your chest and empty you so that love flows into every atom in your being - the fragrance of God moves in from every dimension and turns your worries into love songs.

light of the supreme

LIGHT OF THE SUPREME This thing called SEPARATION seems real only as long as you have not experienced true love and it will continue to dominate your existence until you are ready to invite the light of the supreme into your life again. Then only you will realize that It is only fiction the mind has been trying very hard to promote it to you.

too small

If the life you are living now cannot tickle you anymore and you’ve stopped laughing – if this life is too small for you and you’ve stopped singing – it means time has come for change – not the time to restructure or remodel your life but to demolish it and start it all over.

SOULMATE Here is a question a friend asked me this morning? “Is there such thing as soulmate?” First, what is soul? It is the intelligence that inhabits the body, timelessness within us, the eternal.” It is the source. Body without the soul is like a bulb without a electricity, a flower without a fragrance, the sun without light. So does the soul need a mate? Not at all. What is already sublime and complete and whole does not need a mate, it does not depend one someone’s approval. It does not need a wind to blow it. It moves on its own. It is divine and ancient and fresh at the same time, It is the very sound everyone utters but cannot repeat It.

the voice of fear

When you listen to the voice of fear, It will make you hold onto what you already know. It will say to you “don’t go beyond that line. It can be dangerous….” allow yourself to get lost in the strangest land. dip yourself into the honey of the unheard and stay there and say nothing. That is how you can rediscover yourself anew and any kind of container you can imagine, cannot contain your perfume.

the way of love

the way of love is wild and strange. It does not need a recommendation from someone. it does not need a background check. it does not know gender. It does not care for your status – as soon as you turn your gaze towards your heart, it recognizes you immediately and gives you its own body, its precious breath, its own warmth and its very life.

serenity

there are ten thousand ways daisies bloom. behind all of them, there is one vastness called serenity look how everything wants to circle around you when you start loving with all of your heart. look how life wants to pour itself into you when you are open and fearless and naked and ready to burn. Look how you shine when you give up all attachments.

mind’s strategy

WATCH Are you someone who likes to preoccupy yourself with many things at a time so that you cannot have time for something that matters most in your life? are you someone who’s totally identified with your job, someone who’s likes running around like a starving cow? if so, it is not your fault dear one. you are an innocent child trying to live in the civilization that honors what you do more than who you are. It is your mind’s strategy to prevent you from slowing down and turning inward to meet with your authentic self. When you notice this happening, just be present with all of yourself and watch – don’t participate. Don’t judge or blame either. Just watch. Magic will happen.

who’s running your life?

trying hard is not the way of love. be grounded where you are. let go of the worn-out straw you’re holding onto. Let go --------- and with complete honesty, look at what you’re afraid of. who’s clinging? who’s afraid? Is it you or just an idea? who’s running your life? who’s driving your car? is it light or shadow? who is sitting on the throne? Is it the ego or knowingness? and who’s looking?

living and surviving

What is the difference between living and surviving? that is a question someone asked me today – there is a big difference. to survive you only need your five senses – that’s all you need. the intellect. to live, you need to participate with all of yourself in the dance of existence. the part of you that doubts and worries and judges and fears must fade away like a false tattoo so that your true essence bursts from within and shines through. your whole being catches fire and every atom in your body begins to shiver with infinite gratitude and compassion. at this point you don't struggle any more because life is not work at all. life is a play. life is poetry. It is dance and you are a dancer.

great harm

no one can cause a great harm than someone who forgets who he is - someone who disregards the light deep in his heart.

Only falsehood

Only falsehood needs description. truth is plain and simple and direct and clear like the ocean without ripples - serene like sleep without dreams, like the sky without clouds -

fundamentally missing

As long as you are not ready to put down your luggage, as long as you are not awake, something is always wrong within you. something is fundamentally missing and there is pain you cannot run away from. and no matter how wealthy you are, no matter how prestigious you are – no matter how educated you are --- the pain will go wherever you go until you are ready to dissolve into love, until you wake up from the illusion of this world.
