growing up as humans

This growing up as humans means also includes picking up  a thick dust of conditionings.  If we're lucky,  we arrive sooner or later, at the point where we can no longer bear the burden. That means the time  has come to open our eyes and see what really matters most.  Even after we have done that we still  find some pockets in side us that are too thick to be pierced by light, too dense to be penetrated with love, hiding in the basement of our awareness.  This clearly indicates that  we have not fully opened up yet, not totally surrendered to what is here. Now be  a sunflower, my friend,  that stands  in the sun  and dances fearlessly.

When we  are  present
we can't find much to talk about
or to fear
because our stories dissolve completely
and we cannot find anyone or anything to blame any more
only a vast field of aliveness
opens up before us.
This is called the awakening of the
dreaming sun

laws of the opposites

We witness every day how the world operates within the confines of the laws of the opposites  such as male and female, heaven and hell, right and wrong, death and birth.  We see how the male energy craves to dissolve into  the female energy or vice versa  and how the cloud desires to vanish into the sun. when we see it with the eyes of God, it is not just the male and the female energy being drawn to each other for a momentarily gratification. it is rather the Nafs (spirit) within them constantly longing and burning to join and reunite with itself  and expand into itself rising beyond the ideas of forms.  This is  life’s way of ending separation and the world of  duality.

you contain everything

Whatever you are thinking,
whatever emotions you're experiencing
in this moment;
I want you to remember that
your fragrance, from the sky
to the ground, from the coral reef
to a mountain-top
is all-encompassing,
more powerful
than your worries of the past

or your fears of the uncertain.

You contain everything,
big and small,
high and low.
Yes,
You've occupied life's deepest mystery already.
Now all you want to do is
get up and spin to her
Symphony.

galloping on a roadless road.
their eyes are full of exuberance

a companion
is your heart's flower whose abundance
irrigates your soul's thirst.

skilled professionals

Over the years of long practice
we've become skilled professionals 
in getting up early in the mornings
and do what we are expected to do during the day
and go back to sleep at night.
But once something deep inside us wakes up
Once the lotus-bud within us breaks open
there is no going back to sleep again.

We've been talking about awakening,
about love,
about compassion
ever since the teachings of the Buddha and Jesus
and many great saints  who have come and gone
and yet we look around today
and see so much misery,
so much pain and so much suffering.

Are you really ready to wake up?
to stop clinging to power?
how many of you are
ready to let go of your desire to control?
and
how many of you are ready now
to dissolve into the sun rising
from within you?

The place of clarity
from the place of love,
we see things as they are
not reduced, not divided
not as we believe they are
nor as we want them to be;
from the place of clarity.

The spirit moves into your body
