vertical dive into the core

Is not something one can achieve by torturing the body
or walking in a flowing robe or wearing a dreadlocks
It is rather dropping the robe and dancing naked.
it is not a horizontal endeavor.
It is a vertical dive into the core.
you know what? It is not any kind of effort at all.
It is your essence, what you already are.
And what you are cannot be achieved.
a songbird does not  look for her songs else where. She does not  rehearse them either. She just sings because it is natural.
