We might call them poetry or songs or chants. It does not matter what we call them. What matters most is you're here. outer world
there is so much pain
when all of your focus
is invested on
the outer world
because you are
paying so much attention
to appearance not
the essence -
you are lost in the
temporary
manifestation
of reality,
not the reality
itself.
