We might call them poetry or songs or chants. It does not matter what we call them. What matters most is you're here. to go beyond
the body,
to a place where
there is no
suffering,
where is no guilt
or shame,
where is no past
or future, where
there is no fear -
it is necessary
to know, first,
that you are more
than the body -
