All day today
and tomorrow and
the day after –
be tinder to yourself –
allow everyone passing
by your eyes to be who they are-
let them bloom each moment
you see the gain.
you are not here to
make a living.
you are here to live.
don’t expect
a prize for being
in this world for
you are the prize
and be alert
life is whispering
something precious
in your mouth.
