a rainbow and
the sun and wild stars
and a meadow
bursting with flowers -
but fear emerges and says;
you are too small
for this job.
it is not safe to be
a rainbow or the
the sun or the moon -
that is a dangerous commitment.
May be it is better
for you to be a
cabbage, curl up
and hide inside
your skin,
