when your mind
is not thinking any more,
Before you were born,
before you took this form
Before you were given this name
and stories to tell,
who were you?

Just relinquish the habit

of disputing with the present moment;
Then you wake up and
realize that everything is surprisingly alive,
even the tiniest and
under your feet surge with the fountain of life.

Be as loving as you can

see what happens to a plant when slightly touched by the sun;
The joy that wants to be expressed,
the dance that wants to be spoken,
you cannot imagine.
The spirit moves into your body
so that it can perform certain tasks
while you are in this world.
By remembering this
Be as understanding as you can.
Be as kind as you can.
Be as loving as you can.

Why wait so long, dear one?
Be your heart’s intimate friend
and don’t resist the pull
into the core of your being
Then Oneness is no longer
a concept in your head.
It becomes the soup in your bowl, a basket full of grace
And from this entry, you open
Your eyes and all you see is
God’s divine face.

LEAVE ALL THAT

NOW
And be comfortable
With being
Empty
and hollow.

it is rather the one who unlocks your mind, rips  your heart open
and awakens the magic inside you.
