when the mind
finally finds stillness
and the soul catches holy fire,
you too, dear friend, can find the strength
to stand between two opposing forces
without praising nor criticizing
but pouring immense light and love
all around you.

and sends you away.
A friend is the one who helps
you heal your pain,
the one who shows you
how to turn your pain into light.

if you go out in the streets
looking for faults,
there is plenty.
If you move inside looking for love,
there is plenty.
You see, my friend?

whichever way you choose
becomes your life.

You are already, naturally, the infinite tower of beauty, the epitaph of divine radiance, a sacred song pouring from the lips of the beloved.  The entire sky dwells inside of  you. The forest carries your essence within its leaves. The ocean roars in your ribs. The sun pours your light. So what more do you need my friend? Now, What someone says about you should not be your headache anymore and no more  working hard to get affirmation or acceptance from others. Can you be more divine that this? Can you be more elegant than this?

bloom like roses.

The eyes that can see you

sparkle like gems.

The deeper you move into the ground
the clearer the water becomes.
because this is a place of deep listening.
It is a place of love, place of no judgement.
as you move inside
It becomes very clear to you
If the lion roaring in your chest
is the real one
or the lion kept in the zoo.
